New memberships include a 3-month commitment. After that, you can cancel with 30 days’ written notice.

Often, yes. Many patients are able to use HSA or FSA funds for direct primary care memberships, but you should check with your plan administrator or tax advisor to confirm how your plan works.

Does my membership cover medications?

Accepted Answer

No. Medications are not included in the membership. We do, however, always work to secure the most affordable options for you, whether that’s through wholesale pricing, discount programs, or partnering with local pharmacies.

What happens if you need help after hours as a member?

Accepted Answer

As a member, you can reach your provider after hours for urgent concerns. We’ll help you decide whether you can manage it at home, schedule a visit, or get urgent or emergency care. If it’s life-threatening, call 911 right away.

What should you do if you have a medical emergency or need hospital treatment?

Accepted Answer

If you think you may be having a medical emergency, call 911 right away. Your Direct Primary Care membership is for everyday care, not emergency room or hospital services. For those needs, you should still have health coverage in place for the ER, hospitalization, or specialty care.
